The complete frame of loom is fitted with the Dowell pin at different joints of binders, Crank Bearing and Tappet Bearing in order to facilitate foolproof align-meant while erection of the loom.
High-grade castings are used to give longer life to the components.
Self-lubricating bushes for Crank Shaft Bearings, Tappet Shaft Bearings, Slay Shaft Bearings and Emery Roll Bearings, which eliminate frequent oiling.
Continuous moving parts are made up of Steel Grade Casting, which gives longer life.
Hob-cut gears to give smooth and noiseless working & uniform quality of fabrics.
The overall perfect workmanship using latest machining techniques, Jigs & Fixtures to give best performance of the entire loom.
